How to hide Functional Structure in the context menu of a workplace?
We have configured a new workplace with limited no. of screens for operators. But, we found them opening the other screens from context menu.
Right Click(Workplace) --> Functional Structure --> Displays all the screens in the Functional Structure
Is there any option by which I can hide the Functional Structure option in Context Menu.
I have tried using the filter option(shown in attachment), but I need to apply it every time I restart the workplace. Help me with a permanent solution.

Set the default filter for the user in the user structure. The workplace will start with that filter.
Greetings,
When you restart the WorkPlace, you are not able to see all Graphic Displays.
Please see attached picture for more details.
Hope it helps you.
- Under UserStructure, specify your user name and then Left Click "Workplace Profile Values" Aspect.
- Left Click Plant Explorer Settings and for DataSource click Local
- On Right Side left click the "Default Filter Tab" and from combobox choose engineering etc. instead of "No Filter".
When you restart the WorkPlace, you are not able to see all Graphic Displays.
