800xA Faceplate not auto adjusting its height and width on a 65 inch display.
Dear All,
In one of our sites, we are displaying Operator Workplace on a 65 inch monitor. The resolution of the monitor
is 1920*1080.
The resolution of the Graphic Displays is 1677*900. The screens were migrated from V5.0 to V6.0. The Graphic display views on the 65inch monitor as well as 2*2 24inch multi monitor setup is okay.
However, only on the 65 inch monitor, the faceplates seem to be not auto adjusting their width and height. As a result, the faceplate elements and buttons are out of alignment.I have tried using wide screen work place view class for faceplate at Height=400 and width=600, deviating from the default height~250 and width~250.However the issue is not resolved.
May I know whether a separate license is required for 65 inch monitors. If no then how can I resolve the faceplate issue.
Please find attached images from 65inch monitor and 24inch monitor.

Rahil

You have to verify the scaling of "text, apps, and other items" in Windows screen settings.
Please look at included picture (from Windows 10):

If you have more than one monitor you have click on each screen an verify the scaling setting is set to 100% on all of them.

Thank you all for the suggestions.
The issue is resolved.
The 65inch monitor is connected via a USB to HDMI adapter. The video output is being driven by the adapter`s driver.
I performed the following steps to rectify the issue.
1) Powered OFF and Powered ON the monitor.
2) Changed the resolution of the video output to a lower value and back to desired resolution value. This was followed by sign out and sign in of windows user.
I am not sure which of the two resolved the issues.

Please attach images of how Windows have detected the 24" vs the 65" monitor.
Is there trouble with the requirement of Monitor 1 being the top left and Monitor "Max" being the bottom right?
E.g.:

Hello Sir.
We have 4 operator client PCs. Three of the PCs have a 2*2 24inch display multi monitor setup, while the fourth PC is connected to a single 65inch wall mounted monitor.I am currently displaying a single screen operator workplace on the 65inch monitor.
There is no problem with the three 2*2 setup comprising of 24inch monitors.
The issue is only with the 4th operator client PC connected to a single 65inch monitor.
As requested,I will attach the requested screen shots for asap.

With a single monitor there should be no room for any misinterpretation of the layout.
I assume you are fully migrated to PG2 (=no Visual Basic)?
Try changing graphic driver and/or BIOS.
With PG2, the pixel rendering is fully governed by Windows Presentation Foundation, WPF more or less out of control for the application (=workplace).
Does replacing the TV with a regular Full HD monitor fix the rendering issue?
