Check the AC 800M OPC Server panel.
Are all controllers online with yellow smiley faces?
What is printed in the OPC server logfile (use command in panel app)?
A recent application download may have left one OPC server without the so critical domain files. I believe double clicking a sad, red face allow you to browse for the files (in CBM computer node, use \\computer\c$\ABB Industrial IT Data\Engineer IT Data\...)
Regional ABB support always have the option to escalate the case to Center Of Excellence.
