Hello,
are you installing from an original 800xA media or from a copy?
When you install from a copy, make sure that the "3rd party" directory is copied too. I made the experience,that this path is hidden in the original media so it will not be copied without additional effort!

When you ran NPT on the Node, did you select this node as ACM Server in Options? If not, please run the Repair Invalid media. This is defined in the user document 2PAA111708-600 System 800xA Installation, Update and Upgrade Getting Started section 3.11.3 and then retry the deployment.
