SG415 Isolation Removal Problem
I have a Dual Safeguard 415 SCA and SCB. One Day i Have a Problem in the Field which Leads to Forced Isolation on a Specific Termination Unit (on Both Side A/B) and After Fixing the Problem in the Field I Restart Side B First and the Isolation was Removed Successfully and then I Restarted Side A but the Isolation was Not Removed at this Termination Unit Only ( Removed on All Other Termination Units Successfully).
I Restarted Side A Several Times unit the Isolation was Removed Successfully and the Problem was Solved.
Note: No Automatic Isolation Removal is Configured at Auto Start up, I remove it Manually by Returning the Isolation Key to the Middle Position.
My Question is What Causes the Problem of Side A Isolation Removal? Also Is there another Solution to remove the Isolation instead of Restarting the Safety Controller?
It is difficult to say why you needed several restarts. Isolation can also be removed just by turning the ISO key to A and back to normal. So, if both controllers come up isolated: verify MasterVote status, turn key to B, back to normal, wait a few seconds, turn to A, back to normal. Also dialog from faceplate can be used, but I recommend the ISO key as you are close to cabinet.
