RTU 560 Ethernet communication
Hi,
I cannot connect to my RTU560 (560CIG10) using the Ethernet interface. It's impossible for me to ping the device or access its Web server (using the default IP address switch has been turned on - 192.168.0.1). ERR LED is turned on and there is no response from the RTU whatsoever. Is it even possible to make a connection without the proper Compact Flash card (as I'm doing right now)?
Thanks in advance

Hi,
In RTU520, no Ethernet communication occurs if the SD card containing the license file is not inserted in the SD card slot. Also, the ERR LED remains ON when the SD card is missing.
I am assuming it would be similar with RTU560.
