SmartClient do not get the Trend Time Span property
Hi!
I'm having problems with the High Performance Trend item in SmartClient (desktop version 2.2.3.651).
The trend works fine in 800xA (6.0.3.2), but property TimeSpan (set to 86400), does not seem to work in SC. It reverts to the default 2 minutes setting.
(The same goes for the NoOfDec1 property, SC does not show configurated number of decimals.)
Hope someone has an idea of what's the cause?

It appears that you are running SC 2.2 RevC RU1a, which is a somewhat older release of this product, (release date Sept. 2015). There have been many upgrades since that time, with the latest version available now being SC 2.2 RevC RU2b, (Release date Aug. 2017). Although all of the subsequent Release Notes have not been examined to see if your particular issue is addressed, it is suggested that you upgrade to this latest version to ensure that you have all the upgrades in place before continuing. Additionally, according to the 6.0+ Compatibility Matrix, this latest version is designated as the correct version to utilize with this version of 800xA, (see attachment).
