problems after installing 800xA system


Hello everyone,
I installed "Base System" and " Connectivity for AC800M", now when I launch Workspace, I got a pop up screen like image above ( with a yellow words " Selected system does not respond. Correct the problem or try another system" ). I have also no idea about "Environmet", anyone help me to explain what it is??
When I check "Service connection Status" -> I got "my system (stopped) (default)".
Please, help me to fix these problems. Hope your help,

There are a lot of possible problems. Please tell us more about your configuration. Which version do you use? Are this happens on all machines? What look it like at your primary aspect server? Have you a domain or workgroup? Have you set up all users and group according to the manuals?

What services are listed in afwservicestatus.exe? Is Aspect Directory in "Service" state?
Is ABB Service Manager Service (in Windows) running?
Is RNRP running?
