e180 servo Drive with Cyclic Synchronous Torque Mode initialization
We are using e180/e190 Servo Drive for one of our control system application. We are operating this drive in Cyclic Synchronous Torque Mode (CST). When using Torque Control (CST), according to the DS402 standard the units are supposed to be 0.1% of rated torque so we want to configure the drive to use 0.1% rated Torque instead of 2% which we are currently observing in this specific drive. This will give us a greater degree of control over the behavior of the system. Fine control is difficult as we are limited to integer values when controlling via Target Torque (0x6071).
Can you help us on how to configure the Parker e180/e190 Series drive to this specification or can you provide us the firmware which can do this?
