GUIDCorrect Tool has stopped working
I am using CHMI 6 and Smart Client 2.2, both have been installed in the same computer (SC Server & Data provider).
Below is the status of the system
1. All Services are healthy in Plant Explorer (PE) (Including SC services, ABB Smart Client APS Manager and PpcSpAlarmEvent)
2. All Services are healthy in "ABB Smart Client Supervision Manager"
3. Communication established between SC & PE, all values and trends are updating in SC.
The only problem am facing, whenever I try to open "Resolve OPC Item Tool", it gives an error "GUIDCorrect Tool has stopped working" and closes itself. What would be the resolution of this error.
