AC 800M controller files (i.e. logs, analysis) either empty or not generating
Good day. Our colleagues from IAPG are having issues with a 5.0 SP2 system, which does not generate controller logs nor any analysis files through CBM. On the CBM logs proper one can see there have been some issues related to the log files, but we think there is more info there than what we can actually gather by just reading the text. They also mentioned that at first they could not even open the CBM project from any of the redundant Connectivity Servers, and that it took a restart on both to be able to do it. They verified all services were running properly after that, but the log issue remains.
