galvanic isolation from field equipment
Can this be achieve by using DI830,AI845,AI810,AO845,DO810 cards

A follow-up to my earlier response, based on my experience with similar type requirements for isolated inputs and according to the S800 Product Manual (3BSE020924-600) manual, the modules that you mentioned using on your project (i.e. DI830, DO810, AI845, AI810, AO845) do not provide for individual signal isolation or galvanic isolation. These modules provide either one or two isolated groups of channels, the number of groups depends on the number of channels on the card (e.g. AI810 has one group of 8 channels and the DI830 has two groups of 8 channels). The only modules in the S800 offering that appear to have individual channel and galvanic isolation are the AI825 and the AO820 modules.
According to the S800 manual, the AI825 Analog Input Module has 4 individually galvanic isolated, bipolar current/voltage inputs. Each channel can be either a voltage or current input.
Similarly, for the Analog Outputs, the AO820 is a Galvanically Isolated Bipolar Analog Output Module that provides 4 bipolar analog output channels. Each channel may be used as either a current or voltage output, which is configurable.
Additionally, one challenge that we found with using the AI825 and AI820 is related to cabinet space. Because they are only 4 channel modules, you double the module count of your AI and AO as you would need two AI825 to replace one AI810 or AI845. This also may end up impacting the number of S800 I/O module groups that you have as well because as you recall, you may only have a maximum of 12x S800 modules per TB840 I/O group.
So, if you have this as a requirement and the modules are already on order, you may have an issue. Using the cards that you have ordered, to achieve the requirements of the specification, the only option that I believe you will have is to incorporate external signal isolators into the design of your panel for all inputs that will require it.
Attached are the sections for the manual for both modules.
I hope that this helps.
