Problem with myABB Business Portal
The analysis of the upload file SID20120_20181025_1510_800XA_Comb_Data.zip seems to be hanging. I have informed our R&D colleagues, they will take care soon.
Please note that sometimes such analysis can take long times. The software in My Control System needs to query several databases on different ABB servers. If the network connection is bad, this can last in extreme cases up to some hours.
The second file SID20120_20181011_1053_800XA_SW_Data_Woodyard.zip is ready for analysis and report creation.
