Problems with myABB Business Portal
I have problems with myABB Business portal. When I try to upload benchmark file or delete previous files/reports - web-site is showing error "This operation will take more time..."and nothing happens. Npthing can be added or deleted.
This problem appears in both in Internet Explorer or Chrome, in Win7 and Win10. Windows Firewall is disabled. What can be the cause?

Looking at the files in SID36611, I see that you have uploaded files which have not been produced by the "SPDC" Tool (Service Products Data Collector).
These are the "*.cab" files, such as SID36611_CS03P_09_21_18_11_12_46.cab and others, in the "System data files" tab.
I guess that these are files which you have created by the 800xA Diagnostic Collection Tool (DCT). They are not intended to be uploaded to the myABB / My Control System platform. They seem to spoil the analysis.
Only the two files "SID36611_20181104_0948_800XA_HW_Data.zip" and "SID36611_20181104_0814_800XA_HW_Data.zip" are correct SPDC files. But they only contain Hardware Information.
I recommend that you delete all the existing "System data files". Then upload a Zip-File (which is encrypted) from the SPDC tool again.
