Hello,
Check for network loops / IP conflicts for IPs: 172.16.4.61 and 172.16.4.62.
This warning is thrown when RNRP detects a manual entry made to the hosts file carrying information about a node part of the RNRP Area.
Open the hosts file(s) and review entries with the IP-addresses part of the warning.
RNRP injects its data into a well declared part of the hosts file. If manual entry is made outside that part, this warning may be raised if there is a conflict in name or address.
Solution: remove the conflicting entries and let RNRP govern its own nodes.

hello,
try clean RNRP buffer logs for old logs, If not try run the network configuration errors from same node/network errors from RNRP configuration utility.
Note: ensure always IP addresses should be unique throughout the entire system/network used.
RNRP is smart enough to judge the loops/similar node numbers.
