These messages are being generated by the licensing node, but really caused by IIS application pools. This is a behavior of IIS restarting. 30 hours is the default application pool reset time. Microsoft does this periodically to cleanup resources and is a normal behavior. This will only be a problem it the systems do not recover in a timely manner. Sufficient reconnection logic is provided in the license client to prevent any notices being popped up to the user. The message being displayed only indicates that the new connection has been made to the aspect server (system).
