How to select output choke for a Drive?
For motor rating from 0.75KW to 200KW.
Also is there different methods for output choke selection for ACS800, ACS880?

ABB don't have a definition "output choke".
There are common mode filter, du/dt filter and sine filter, which you can install like options to the drives output. For all that options there are a good description for the purpose and method of selection in HW manual of the drives and then in separate instruction for each type.
Most probably you are asking for du/dt filter, which protects the motor insulation from overvoltage. Basically that is a three phase inductance (coil). For selection, you have to look in the HW manual - check if the filter is needed, and select the correct type, depends of the type code of the drive. Details you can find in 3AFE68577519
Common mode filter is selected to protect motor bearing. Normally that should be combined with motor's bearing insulation and du/dt filter, for motors over 100kW. There is one kit available, code 64315811. There is a document 3 ring - type the order code in google.
Sine filter is a special filter L+C. It suppresses the high frequency voltage components at the output, when extra long motor cables are used, there is a step-up transformer between the drive and a motor, or when a drive is installed to an old direct-on-line motor. For ACS800 - look in the catalog data and HW manual for ACS800-02 where these options are discussed.
