UDP to PC latency
I've connected an AC500 MP595 via UDP without AC31 header to a UDP client on a PC and I am sending a minimal amount of data back and forth (10 doubles). However the delay of this communication is quite big (5-10ms). I am using the UDP functionality of the default AC500 ethernet library.
Is this considered to be normal or should it be faster than this? Could I reduce the latency by using a different library?
Related to this question: What would be the fastest way to send data from/to the AC500 in theory?
