800xA Data Direct report on a remote computer fails
I can export the report on the local computer without any problem. The folder on the remote computer is shared and i can access it from the 'Connectivity Server' (is the scheduler service provider) and save the report manually (the addin is installed and working for '800xaService' account).
Are you using SV 5.1 FP4 RevE or 6.0.3?
If yes, this is identified as a known product issue. PIN: 800xAINM-CN-6000-003.
Issue appears to be in the SaveAsXLS saving to a networked drive. There is a workaround available.
