Unable to Load the Program to PM802F Controller , Error Popup message "The Selected Resource is incorrect"?
1.Unable to perform any kind of load(Changes Objects, Selected Objects, Whole Station) operation in to the Controller.Error pop up message attached(Error1).this error encountered in client backup files. so i have create a new project (without any logic) which allows to perform downloading. because of this plant in shutdown ,so you suggestions are highly significant.
2.Pressed reset button in pm802 and removed a battery from controller and recycle the power , so PM802 should not go to run mode(as per my expectation) but its going to run status?
3. In the attachment (Error 3), under the Task --> Interface Objects ---> Required objects 9(grey) what does it mean?
4. What is the best and short time way to transfer objects , tag list , variable list , logic from one project to another(like import and export for whole project)
your suggestions are highly welcome, Advance Thanks to all.

When you opened the clients backup file, Freelance engineering detected, that the content in the controller and the backup do not match. Thus it shows the Version Error. It means someone did changes in the controller without updating the backup. If you have no access to the customers PRO file that was last used for downloading to the controller you need to perform a Download Whole Station from the backup project. But in order to download a resource it needs to be Plausibility checked. Your Picture Error 1 shows that the node PLC1 has not been checked and is therefore incorrect and cannot be downloaded.
Go to configuration mode, select the topmost node in your tree and press the button with the check mark icon.
If no error occurs, the PLC1 node will go from rose color to green color (or red, not sure). Then select the PLC1 node, go to commissioning mode and do a download all.
!!!!! Please note that this will boot the controller and all outputs will go to safety values first (while the controller boots) and then initial values (once the application gets downloaded). That means you will get a bump on the output signals and if not configured different the outputs will all go to zero!!!!!
Then subsequently do the same for the nodes OPER, OS2 and finally GWY1.

Remove the battery and power from the controller for 30 seconds. Make sure that every battery is removed. Each Ethernet module can hold a battery or if there is only one Ethernet module, the second Ethernet slot E2 can be equipped with a backup battery module. In that case remove the second battery too.

Required objects is the number of objects needed as calculated by the Engineering tool when you press the Check All button. It is grey, because you cannot edit it. The field "Reserved" says 20, so you are on the safe side.

Export and Import as CSV file the best way. But note that Imports are only upwards compatible, meaning you can import only files exported from an older or same version of the Engineering tool.
If you only want to transfer a certain logic, you can use the Edit/Export-Block functionality after selecting the objects in P-Tree that contain the logic (programs usually). The corresponding Import function is Edit/Import-Block.
Tag and variable list can also be exported/imported as .EAM file, but you loose the connection to the logic.
"topic 1: i have done the plausibility and found no error(it turn in to green color) . But when i'm switching in to commissioning mode the color become rose and does not allow me to download , popup error message generated as attachment. what could be the reason? "
Answer: That should not happen. Just by going online the configuration should not be changed. What happens if you go back to configuration mode? Does the node turn green again or does it stay rose? Can you export the project with this behavior to CSV file, zip the CSV file and attach it to this topic by posting a new answer to your question? (You cannot attach documents without posting a new answer unfortunately)

"topic 2 : i removed both battery and recycle power for more than 2 mins. when power on controller going to run mode? why controller going to run mode when there is no program in the controller? . what is opinion in this regards. "
Answer: The controller is executing the idle task. It says "Running" as opposed to "Stopped", which is a different state. If you expand the node you will see that the tasks are not loaded, so it does not execute an application. Still it would if there was one. Thus the running mode

"Sir , how do we do complete memory reset through serial port available in PM802F.(if possible kindly share with me instruction or procedure document to exercise this operation.)"
Answer:A normal "Load Whole Station" will a) completely erase the current project in the controller, b) boot the controller (which initializes the memory) before c) loading the project completely. You can manually initialize a controller which does step a and b only by opening the controler nodes header dialog in commissioning mode and press the "Initialize" button. Do not press the "Initialize All", as this will also erase the operating system.
Please note: Erasing the memory in the controller will not solve your downloading problem, as the issue lies within the Engineering tools detection whether a project has been plausibility checked correct or not.
