Upgrading SV5 SP2 to SV6 and INFI90FC Lib 2.0 to 6.0 replacement
We are performing SV5 SP2 to SV6 system in the office, and are preparing the system for doing an online upgrade at site. One of the libraries used in SV5 is INFI90FC Lib 2.0. As part of the System 800xA upgrade manual we had to install the equivalent library version for SV6 which is INFI90FC Lib 6.0. However, when we upgrade the project and click 'Yes' to replace libraries we are not getting the replacement of INFI90FC Lib 2.0 everywhere in the project.
In other words, the old version of the library still has references in some of the applications within the project and we have to manually replace it with the newer version. Is this normal/typical? If we don't do the library replacement then we are not able to perform the 9 Step Online Controller Upgrade.

Changing Library versions usually means you have to go through the code and reference the new library (sometime done automatically, usually a manual process) or carry both libraries forward. However if the old library is not usually in newer versions of 800xA, then this is not possible.
This process is typical and has not changed much since 800xA 3.x
