Dear VP Patel
you might have forgotten to attach the screenshots to your post.
Usually, if a hardkey is defective, the system switches to emergency mode and it will inform you repetitively to replace the hardkey.
Not showing values in the Grafics display is not a reaction of a defective hardkey.
If you haven't installed any new device driver or software on that PC lately I guess that the PC hardware might be defective.
You should immediately do a backup of the current .PRO file and also do a CSV export of the project and save it too. Save it on a different PC, so you can access it if your defective PC breaks totally.
What you can try is to call up the Freelance Setup again and select the "Repair" option. You did not mention the version you are using, so it might be, that there is not "Repair" option offered once you start the setup again.
Is it only a certain Graphic that doesn't show any values or several or all? What about faceplates? Any system alarms in the alarm display?
