IAC redundancy error
Hi guys,
I have a problem regarding the IAC communication error between standalone AC800M PM865 HI redundant controller (programmed by Control Builder Safe v6.0 - Controller 1) and two AC800M redundant controllers (PM864 - Controller 2 and PM865 HI - Controller 3) integrated into 800xA v5.1.
So, Controller 1 has a SIL3 and Non-SIL application (both applications communicate via IAC), and also controller communicates with Controller 2 Non-SIL application, and Controller 3 SIL-3 application. Controller 2, and Controller 3 are used for presenting Controller 1 data on 800xA 5.1 DCS. Controllers are connected through a redundant Control Network.
IAC communication through primary network works well, but when I turn off the primary network and try the IAC communication through secondary network, the IAC communication is lost. So when I restore primary network, and connect to controller through Control Builder Safe, I notice that IAC connection is completely lost and it doesn't restore itself automatically. So then I have to turn off and turn on both redundant controllers (Controller 1), and the communication is restored again. This doesn't work if I make a Cold Application download.
So in the attachments I'm sending you Controller 1 logs and some screenshots in hope that you'll know the answer.
Thanks in advance!
