System disabled showing in Client 800xA ver 5.1

I have one problem there are 2 servers and 3 clients are present in my project because of power downs in running process my all 2 servers and 3 clients gets off. After that i started one by one all pc showing system enabled and working fine except 1 client pc. I disconnect it from server for reconnection at that time system removes from client after that i connected it by doing add node from server then system gets added in that client but showing system is disabled.
I am attaching screenshot of node administration for reference. Here i am trouble with operator 1.
Please give me solution to connect it.

Domain/workgroup OK? Try accessing the C$ admin share (\\remotenode\C$) both ways (to server from client and vice versa). Must work..
Rerun Config Wizard System Software User Settings
Verify RNRP (”up”)
Verify hosts files are correct (client and servers)
Verify firewall (try having it off first)
Perform repair on ABB 800xA Base software installation (media needed)
Domain/workgroup OK? Try accessing the C$ admin share (\\remotenode\C$) both ways (to server from client and vice versa). Must work..

1. Try restarting the node once. 2. Try reinstalling RNRP 3. Confirm pre-requisites (section-2) from attached installation manual.

Are you able to access/open any workplace from your operator 1 client ?
if yes, You can try restarting ABB System Notification service from Services.msc
If No, your client didn't get connected in your system.
Never observed such behaviour because of Power outage.
please share you configuration details screen shots.
