Another question would be, are you attempting to open the SC Client on the SC Server node shown?
Finally, there are a number of log files that record information about each of the nodes that contain either SC Server software of SC Data Provider software, (in your case it is believed to be the same node). These are located in the same directory on each node, "C:\Abblogs". Examining this may provide additional insight, along with examining the log files in the MS Event Viewer.
