Error when Starting Smart Client on Terminal Server
Hello,
we have an 800xA System of Version 6.0.3.1 consisting of red Servers (DC, AS CS) and single Terminal Server (installed with 800xA Operations) and a single Smart Client Server.
Beside of the 800xA System we have installed ABB Minimum Security Group Policy Rev N
Furthermore we have created a Domain User for external access. This external Access User can start Smart Client on all Servers except the Terminal Server.
At the Terminal Server we get the following errormessage:

When we grant Admin rights to the External Access User, the Smart Client starts without problems, but this is not an acceptable solution!
Any idea, how to solve this issue?

Have you used the Terminalserver Install mode while installing the application? (change user /install) Which mode do you have now? (change user /query)
The problem is solved.

How did you install Smart client in each server. which version of smart client did you install?
which is data provider, which is sc server and which are all the nodes as clients. are you using terminal server as clients for several users using remote desktop?
