Greetings,
If your LAN Cable or ethernet switch work properly, you can scan and find IP adress through Automation Builder software.
If I were you iwould check cable and switch(if it is exist).
Hope it helps.

Hi
Titus has give you a correct instruction, but you not have specified if the CPU where you have the issue is one used cpu, with a previous program inside, or it is new, never used before.
If it is new, never used before, it may be a congenital defect. In this case your local ABB sales network can give you warranty instructions.
If instead the cpu is used, do you have the source program available? Can you check the basic settings of this program and describe it?
Cpu has been subjected to electric shocks that may could have damaged it?
If you give us more information, we can help you better

Change the LAN cable and check once again.
