Hi,
1.Check for regional settings(language) in the client.
2.Check for any system is already present in the Regedit. Delete old operareITTemp & Data folders
3.Update the user settings from configuration wizard.
4.Last option is try to connect from the client to system.
Regards,
Sri

Likely, the Aspect Directory has a problem accepting the new node (I assume the name is unique, etc).
I recommend checking the Node Administration Structure with:
Both tools carry repair options, but care must be taken to not make the problem go worse.
I recommend contacting regional ABB support for advise.
Backup often, backup early.
I recommend checking the Node Administration Structure with:
- The structure consistency check tool (AfwSCT)
C:\> afwsct -s "Node Administration Structure"
Checking structure 'Node Administration Structure'
SCT succeeded - The regular Consistency Checker tool
Drag the "Node Administration" object and have it (and descendants) checked for consistency
