Issue - Service Connection Status showing No System in CS-1
Observations : Observed that Service Connection Status showing No System in CS-1. There was no reachable nodes in RNRP Monitor. But we able to ping other Operating Station and Engineering Station. Also In OPC Server Panel Connection Status of All Controllers showing healthy for DA and AE as well.
Actions : Checked RNRP logs for Errors but did not find anything.
Problem was resolved by restarting of the server but want to find root cause for the incident and actions to avoid reoccurrence.

No nodes in RNRP --> no aspect server in reach --> "No system"
The fact that you can ping all servers does not change any of the above; a RNRP connection with at least one aspect server of the system is required, all the time.
Why did RNRP nodes go down? Hard to tell; but Windows Firewall can cause intermittent issues which are gone after a reboot. Did anyone attempt "Windows Update" or other installation activity while the system was running? Online drive image backup is also known to cause runtime error --> please always use Maintenance Stop, and do take cold backups, not warm.
Did not check any of the attached files (please submit formal support case...).
