800xA 5.1 with pm891 redundant controller - fatal error during download
Hello everyone
I have a problem with 800xA 5.1 in configuration with two redundant PM891 controllers (connect two BC810 CEX)
There was a fatal error during downloading to the controller:
I 2018-07-13 11: 56: 53.267 ... flushed 2 messages
E 2018-07-13 11: 56: 53.262 Low memory (0x00-0x3F) access detected
E 2018-07-13 11: 56: 53.263 FATAL ERROR in d: /br/800xA_CIT/Products/CIT51/Main/omega/source/HWComponents/TargetAdoption/bsEx
ception/Addons/mcheckDemuxInterface82xx.cpp [627]: 0 (0x0)
I 2018-07-13 11: 56: 53.587 Current interrupt nestling depth: 0
then I restarted the controllers with the init button and downloaded the program to the controller, now it works but I'm afraid to do the next download to the controller
I ask for help or advice where my problem might be
I dont know if I can make a download to the controller because i dont want stop the production

The reason (or one of the reasons) this occurs is because of wrong port settings on the PM891 controller. The required port settings on PM891 are 100mbps and full duplex.
The possible reasons for the problem can be:
- if you had auto negotiate in the switch and fixed speed in the controller.
-if the switch and the controller are both set to 100 full, but a failover occurred so the backup controller could pick up the wrong port settings (Product Bulletin 3BSE047421D0150).
-if you had the PM891 plugged into a port on the switch that was configured for one of the PM86x’s which (by the book) are supposed to be configured for 10 half.
Please check I think the problem is corrected in AC800M PM891 Controller firmware in 800xA 5.1 FP4 Rev E.
