Problems with system 6.0.3 after restore
Hi all,
recently we restored 800xA System from the version 6.0.3 Build 244 to a version 6.0.3 Build 256. And I'm not really sure if we now have a problem, or at least the future problem.
If we go into Configuration Wizard, System Administration, System Extension Maintenance we have a "Loaded" message that says "ABB 800xA Base" Incomplete.
Also in the Admin Structure, under the object System, System Extensions give us a similar message.
Is there a way to repair this?
Thanks in advance!

Go to log of system extension, and check the error. In the log you can see the error of import action, and were is the afw file. Try import manually. If the result of import in OK, try load extension again.

I would definitely let official ABB Support guide me here.
Please file a support case with your regional ABB support center.
The aspect directory content is in this case the older "build 244" (you see the message successfully loaded) but the Microsoft Windows installation on disk is not matching up (in Programs and Features you are at a more recent version, "build 256").
It might just be to use the old Configuration Wizard --> System Administration --> System Extension Maintenance -> Load
But, please request a written and official instruction on how to proceed.
Backup often, backup early.
