800XA FACEPLATES IRRESPONSIVE NO LIVE DATA AVAILABLE AT WORKSTATIONS AND ALL OBJECTS HAVE RED COLORED WITH X MARK
Hi dear Stefan,
I am new to this portal that is why accidentally I closed my question to which I could not load any pictures.
So I thought if I had added some photos you might figured out better about what is going on.
And regarding your advice about using advdsopcclient.exe I have checked it and added some photos about the results. If I test the OPC server objects it gives OK status. But if I select tags which are allocated to faulty station which is collected by Connectivity server CS0021 I get many error messages. But because I don't have the expertise enough to interpret it I need your kind help again.
I have already contacted ABB service but it will take a lot of time until we can take an action on site and I am still waiting to hear back from them. But it is urgent as you had guessed before.
So would you be so kind and check the pictures I have loaded this time and re-evaluate the situation again please?
Thank you very much and best regards.

I am so sorry, but I am at a loss to comprehend what is the problem here.
My experience in Melody Connect does not permit drawing any conclusions to why the diagnostic faceplates look so sad.
I hope that someone else with more experience in Melody Connect can inject some thoughts here.
Your region, I assume Turkey, fall under the German callcenter in Minden. They have experts on Melody Connect. I cross my fingers that help is on its way.
