PGIM problems with the Events explorer & the graphs they do not work. The PlantCoEvents database is in Recovery.
We have the PGIM system and we have problems with the Events Explorer and the graphs, they do not work. This happens very often. Usually we restart our History server and the problem is solved or we delete some old events from the database. This time the database PlantCoEvents went into Recovery mode for more than three weeks and PGIM is inoperative. We observed that the disk space of the Transactions log file (of the database) has grown very big. It almost filled all the disk.
We tried to bring the database online again but all commands were rejected pending the Recovery of the database. I even deleted some files to give some more space for the database Recovery but still no result.
Any help will be appreciated.

It seems like you have MS SQL problems.
Check the size of the database. Default events should be deleted after 500 or 1000 days (depending on version). 20-60 GB database should be enough in most cases, depending on plant size and control system.
Check SQL log files and see if there is some errors when deleting events.
Also check windows logs for MS SQL errors.
