Multiple problems with 800XA screens freezing.

Please contact your local ABB support office clearly stating product version, service pack level, etc. Attach a short description on what takes place in the workplace before it freezes and what engineering method/application type/libraries you are making use of for this customer.
Does the workplace watchdog detect the freezing? I.e. a small red button with an exclamation sign is shown in the upper right corner of a monitor having a workplace open?
If so, click the button, select "Create Error Report" to write a process memory dump that can be analyzed by ABB.
The memory dump is written to \OperateITTemp\Dump\Hang\*.dmp. Collect, compress and make the dump available to ABB support (ask for a location to upload it to).
After creating a few reports, you can instead click on "Restart Workplace" which will quickly terminate the frozen workplace and launch a new.
