800xa historian state Offline
Hi,
We rebooted our IM server for maintenance and from then Synchronisation is not working. All PAS service are started but when looking at the Historian state it displays it as "Offline" and the Synchonisation state as "Inactive". Clicking on Start does not do anything (Not even an error message). If I click on "Activate" for the synchonisation State it goes into "Active (offline mode)".
I have also checked the services in the Engineering Workplace and the "Inform IT Archive" service does not want to start... it goes into initialise and then error.
I have also checked in the Windows Event Viewer and a new error events appears after each restart of the services. The event are generated from ADS event ID 100:
DCS-GetResult on name translate $HSNODE_172.16.4.53LogMgr is -126
DCS-GetResult on name translate $HSNODE_172.16.4.53 is -126
DCS-GetResult on name translate $HSNODE_172.16.4.53NLog is -126
DCS-GetResult on name translate $dcALM is -126
LOG-GetResult on name translate $HSNODE_172.16.4.53LogMgr is -126
LOG-GetResult on name translate $HSNODE_172.16.4.53NLog is
LOG-GetResult on name translate $dcALM is -126
I looked in the %HS_LOG% and in the : hsStartStop.log file I can see the following:
OracleAccess.cpp @ 268 2015/08/12-22:42:11| PID=6856 PDL option at version(5.1-0(C)). PDL constraints may be invalid.
Does anyone has some idea on how to fix that issue?
Thank you for your help
Regards

I finally managed to fix my issue.
For those that have the same problem.
I ran a HsDBMaint -CheckDB and it was displaying:
INVALID: Index 'MODIFICATIONS_ATTRIBUTES_INDX'
I than ran PDL index Rebuild. I restarted the PAS service and synchronisation is now in progress :)
