How to calibration AI810 card?
First of all there is no calibration option for analog cards, calibration is relevant with analoq equipments(flowmeter, pressure transmitter etc.)
If your analog value is not correct, you have to pay attention wtih two points:
*Is your range criteria true?(4-20mA, 0-20mA,+-10V etc)
*Is your measurement range true? For example your temperature transmitter scaled between 0~100C, but your measurement scale range is incompatible with this range, so your monitoring value does not match the real value.
If you share the control system (800xA, Freelance etc), we can help you with som extra screenshots.
Hope it helps you.
As understand there is no calibration option for AI810 card. If value is not coming correct the propable reason would be.
1. Proper current is not coming in the control room. Is there any barrier or any other active component in between
2. Input source type
3. Proper input count / range.
If possbile try tp check by replacing the card.
AI810 module is by default factory calibrated so its not possible by the end user to calibrate again the same bit resolution.
Generally S800 Analogue I/O works with respect to range against the current/voltage configured with No linear OR Sqrt I/P.
Kindly check if any Filter time configured.
Try to put the other IO card other than same serial number series.
Is it all channels are showing bad accuracy(how much percent) OR for any one channel for both Current & voltage signals OR for any one type of analogue signal?
If so please talk to respective ABB personnel with the serial number of the card.
