800xa 5.1 tag count
Is it possible to know how many tags, just one graphic display are using?

Do not confuse the license item "TAGS" with the content of a graphic display.
TAGS are drained from CLS for every object having a faceplate, regardless if that object is put in a graphic display or not.
A graphic display with 100 OPC items may involve "0 TAGS" if those items are drawn from objects without faceplates.
To see the number of OPC items a display uses, call the Diagnostics... function from the context menu after right clicking a graphic display aspect.
To see the data references a display uses, call the Reference Tool from the context menu after right clicking a graphic display aspect.
Or edit the display in the editor.

If your graphic displays are PG2 then you may find what you need using a few methods. A right click and Details will show the tags as Target objects under the References tab. Or you can try using the Tools - Display Documentation - Extract Data tool from within a PG2 edit session of a display. I didn't look but from the PG2 editor you could try the Tools - Reference Documentation Tool.
If none of these are helpful maybe someone else has other methods. As always there are usually more ways to accomplish something.
