[COMPLETE] Configuration of AC500 and CP600 over Mobus RTU
Hello, ABB.
I'm having trouble doing a simple excercise: Communicating an AC500 PLC to a CP600 HMI over a Modbus RTU network. The specific models are PM554-TP-ETH for the PLC and CP620 for the HMI.
As of right now, I only have these two devices. However, I haven't been able to, for example, read variables from the PLC on the HMI.
Could I please get some help on this? What I'd need is some sort of a (complete) walkthrough on how to correctly set the communication parameters, variables and tags, and configuration on both devices. I've been trying some tutorials on YouTube, but with no success.
I'm running Automation Builder v1.2 and Panel Builder 600 v2.0.1.
I know that this might be a lot to ask, but if someone could walk me through the steps I believe I might be able to identify where I'm making a mistake.
Thanks in advance!

Sorry abolut the link format. Its easier to search this site using site:http://www402.abbext.com ac500 example
I checked and had some mistakes on the COM port configuration. I've now set everything correctly: (I think)

Now, I suppose is about the programming. I whink I have a problem now with the COM_MOD_MAST FB.

I have doubts on what to connect to the DATA input of the block. Right now, I only want to write data to my HMI.
The only two variables are "BUTTON" and "TIMER" which are boolean and INT variables, respectively. They are mapped like this:

Before going to the configuration of the HMI, I'd like to know if wverything is good on the PLC side.
Thanks a lot!
