"red flag" in 800XA after created "new peoject" control builder M
After created "new project" in the control builder M, causing "red flag" in my process display (loss resolved points), question:
1- ...It´s normal?
2- ...maybe "unstable" network?
3- ...overload workstation?
4- ...configuration wrong control builder M?
5- Could you indicate manual on the subject?
Thanks a Lot.
Red flag indicates that bad OPC data quality is being received from the AC 800M OPC Server, or that no data is available, eg if OPC server has crashed or malfunction.
Step 1: Check service status in 800xA, does the OPC DA Connector in regard run in service state? If not, fault trace the OPC server, eg by checking that you have "smiley faces" for all controllers.
Step 2: Check that the application you are subscribing to is running in the controller. Too much latency may case task or controller to abort.
Step 3: AC 800M OPC need certain files from Control Builder M after download. If this distribution fail, downloaded applications may run, but without possibility to subscribe via OPC. Try downloading again. Possibly select cold start during download.
Step 4: Partial loss of data could be the result if graphics is not properly connected to controller objects. Try subscribing for live data at Function Block or Control Module level. If this works, check that your graphics have correct data references.
