PM573 Display Blank

Hi
try to switch OFF an ON the cpu.
Do you have only cpu? Or is a operating unit with I/O connected?
In this case, the program inside is running or not?
Could you access to the cpu with Control Builder / Automation Builder?
One photo of the unit could give more info about the issue
If you give us more information, we can help you better
Hi,
Loading firmware via SD card may help resolve the issue with the display firmware.
Download the firmware from the link in the text file .
Search for 1SAP190800R0252 released on 25-04-2016. In case you know the year when the CPU was manufactured, you could also search for newer/older versions as well.
Download the firmware zip file and prepare an SD card. Once the SD card is prepared and SDCARD.ini file appropriately modified, you can proceed with loading firmware via SD card.
PFA SD card firmware update procedure pdf only for reference.
Good Luck.
Regards
Rahil
