communication problem - receiving DSPs VALID flag set to 0 every 1-2 sec, AC160, PM645, AF100, CI630
Hello,
system configuration as follows:
One AF100 bus, two stations:
station 1: two redundant CI630,
node 1 (AC160, two redundant PM645),
node 2 (AC160, PM645),
station 2: two redundant CI630,
node 3 (AC160, PM645)
node 4 (AC160, PM645)
problem with communication between node1 <-> node2 on station1. VALID flag of receiving DSPs (on one side or another – it depends where the last change was made) is set to 0 every 1-2 seconds. After any (dummy) change in online mode on node1 problem occurs on node2 (receiving DSPs), after online change on node2, problem occurs on node1 DSPs and so on.
Cycle times (DSP, PCPGM), DSP size and configuration (duplicate sending DSPs, identify etc.), AF100 termination checked, no other errors, DSP ERR output is 0 all the time. No current errors/warnings in CI modules. AF100 bus load is 3-5%.
node1,2,3,4 PCPGM cycle time is 256ms, DSP cycle time 512ms (on all nodes, all DSPs)
VALID flag of the receiving DSP and its referenced DATs is oscillating 1-0. What are the other causes of this, other than differences in cycles/size/type/duplicate ident/station numbers of DSPs/DATs ?
Sending DSP VALID output is 1 all the time. Problem exist on all receiving DSPs between node1 <-> node2, but only on one side (node1 or node2) at a time. Online change in given node switches the VALID flag on another node (oscillating VALID 1/0 every 1-2sec.).
