the licensing system is missing an AO_NET_MON license feature. This license feature is requested if you use PNSM (PC, Network and Software Monitoring) or if you use the advanced objects for "IT Server, IT OPC Server Network" and not the "Basic Computer Assets". Do you have the PNSM monitoring configured? The AO_NET_MON license is always needed if you are monitoring items that are provided by OPC like information from Switches, PC Hardware, .... According to Licensing mechanism of PNSM : Any Item with CoreComputer is unlicensed (Example: Basic Computer Asset) and in case of e.g. CPU-Load the items are licensed and AO_Net_Mon is being requested. The AO_Net_MON license is requested once the OPC data connection is established between the IT Asset and PNSM OPC.
PNSM installation will launch an instance of ABBShadowOPC.exe, which by itself, will request an AO_NET_MON license. Workaround(not recommended) would be to kill the ABBShadowOPC.exe process until the software can be uninstalled, or the correct licenses purchased.
Your are kindly requested to get in contact with SoFa and to purchase addition license feature to cover the use of PNSM

As mentioned by my colleague you are using PC Network Monitoring Software. I would suggest go to the Control Network -> Asset Optimization and check which asset monitors you have loaded in the Asset Engine. unload the Assetmonitors we have to do with IT Equipment. Probably you went on a device and populate it and so enabling the PCSNM. Good Luck
