It looks like the engineering client is not added to the Aspect server properly.
Please make sure all the softwares are the versions of them installed on the Aspect severs and Engg client are the same.Use the diagnotic collection tool to compare the software. Then go to the node admin structue in the aspect server and check if the engg client is listed or not.If listed remove the node from the aspect server. The entry should get deleted in the node admin structure.Go to the engg client and check if the system is removed or not.I removed then. Then add a client in the aspect server from the configuration wizard.
Is the Windows user account used to engineer member of the 800xA system?
Can you open a Plant Explorer?
Please check if "Illegal user" or "Illegal node" messsages is seen in the [Workplace Structure]Web System Workplace:System Event List.

The problem is actually lies in what you see in pic-1. Rest of all is consequence of this error message and can be ignored. Please Do the following in same order..
1) Ensure that the logged-in user is part of 800xA system.
2) If yes, and still you see the issue, open the RNRP window and ensure you see the list of all the nodes in your network. If Not, Try to update the host file and restart the RNRP.
Usually this should be sufficient to solve your issue. If you still face the issue, check the contents of ControlBuiler "session log" file ( go to View --> Session Log ). This can give you more information on what exactly is the problem.
