Hi,
if u want to add the Eng client to your system then do the first 6 steps only in Pri Aspect Server, if u could get succeed in adding the client from Aspect server(Primary) then no need to do CONNECT CLIENT from the EngClient.
now first remove the client from Pri Server and repeat the procedure to add Client from Pri aspect server, if u can add it then u r done with it.
if u r facing problem while adding the client from Pri Aspect server like, Access denied or node address could not found etc.. then post it here, u need to check few settings.

Makk

Mandatory prerequisites for adding nodes to a 5.1 system:
1) Common domain/workgroup and service account setting (test with sharing a file...)
2) If Windows firewall is enabled, it must be configured the firewall config tool from DVD
3) All nodes must see each other on their RNRP monitors (check RNRP settings, IGMP must be disabled in switches*, etc)
4) The "hosts" files must be OK (they may contain junk, etc. from old configs)
Sometimes the [Workplace Structure]Web System Workplace:System Event List may contain valuable information about the problem. Please check it.
Contact local ABB Support if you can not work around this problem yourself.
*) The built-in web management interface of new Cisco switches does not permit checking or disabling IGMP (which is ON by Cisco default). For these switches, download the Cisco Network Assistant tool to deactivate IGMP.
Westermo switches does also have IGMP on by default, but there the built-in web management interface allows for manipulating IGMP settings.
