Error Code 1000c008 on ac900F controller
Answers
Request you to Put a Picture of the error code from the controller.
Best Regards
The error means that a library failed to initialize. The actual error is logged in the previous message(s) in the error log. You should provide the full error log to the ABB support (if you are able to boot and read the error log, otherwise clarify with the ABB support how to proceed to get more details).

Jürgen
I am responding on behalf of Original Poster as he is out of office.
Fatal Error code given by customer was incorrect, it is 1000C00B. (B not 8)
We cannot ping the controller or go connect with browser to get diagnotic data when in failed state.
See notes from customer below and I will insert both docs as mentioned.
Thank you for your help !

From customer:
"I managed to get a couple of diagnostic before the controller went to fatal error.
Doc #1 was capture right before it failed. There was a 10 second window where I was able to run the diagnostic from win explorer immediately after the controller powered up.
I tried cycling power after removing the profibus module. (Didn’t work)
I tried cycling power after removing the battery. (Didn’t work)
I re-inserted the profibus module and battery and cycled power. This time the controller stayed on. I then capture the information on Doc #2.
I then connected the crossover cable while the controller was running and the controller booted itself and came up with a fatal error.
I disconnected the cross over cable and cycle power but it did not resolve issue.
In all cases, whenever I have a fatal error, there was no power light on the profibus module.
Error 30000f89 indicates an issue with the memory.
Error 10001241 indicates an unexpected situation of the object structure in memory.
Error 1000c00B is generated on a certain level if error 10001241 occurs.
The controller probably needs to be replaced and sent in to support for further analysis. Please contact the ABB support line and provide the logs.
Best regards
Jürgen
