800xA 4.1 restore errors
I am trying to restore 800xA 4.1 system full back on a separate 4.1system.
Backup has no errors and warnings. While restoring i am getting below errors.
Backup is getting restored with errors, however facing lot of issues while opening cntrol builder, some custom made libraries.
Can any one guide me to understand series of "unserialized" errors ?

you have some strange error messages when trying to import something when corresponding software is not installed.
Please verify that all ABB software including Service Packs and Rollups is installed on the separate 4.1 system compared to the original system, including connectivity software like OPC servers.
Also verify that the service account is configured as local administrator.
All unserialize errors in .png belong to Engineering Studio's Document and Parameter Manager (DM & PM) system extension.
Before version 5.1 DM & PM relied on a (fragile) MS Desktop SQL database (EBINSTANCE).
With a failed EBINSTANCE it had happened that (corrupt) backups could be made without warning. Likewise, a malfunctioning MS SQL Desktop could prevent restore.
DM & PM should not cause any problems with restoring AC 800M projects or libraries.
During restore a "fresh" EBINSTANCE should be created; can't tell if this restore step failed or not.
I have not examined the log in the .zip file (iPhone can not open .zip files from web).
If possible, create summary of errors in restore log and submit them in thread or as .txt attachment and I will comnent on them as well.
... continuing on my previous answer.
4.x backups could go corrupt wrt DM & PM if source system has been improperly upgraded with a system rollup. Eg 800xA Base is upgraded to Rollup 11b (most recent) while Engineering Studio is kept at original version. This will zero DM&PM content in backup (examine a failing aspect in the backup with the import/export tool; corrupted aspects, e.g a Drawing will be reported with Size=0).
This problem has been documented in a Product Bulletin on ABB Library.
Solution: upgrade source system's Engineering Studio to correct version (refer to appropriate System Software Version document on ABB Library) and take new backup.
However, AC 800 libraries and projects should not be influenced by the above problem. There might be additional things that needs to be sorted out.
This unserialized errors are related to DM & PM hence before restoring the back up ensure all these are working properly in the existing backup & ensure for DM & PM needs MS SQL Desktop engine server should be loaded & running in the primary aspect server.
for proper upgrade from 4.1 SV:
Ensure apart from core(4.1 ru5d or later), engineering studio & function designer should be greater than RU6 belongs to 4.1 ru11b most of the engineering studio db are fixed
