Trends not working in 800xA Client
In my project I facet with the same problem which you had before.the status of trend display is red in 800xA client but we have trend (green status) in server.you told before the problem was for time synchronization between client and server.how to find this differency and fix that?
Be noted that I have trend data in client by 800xAservice user account but in operator user do not have and status is red.

Plant Explorer -> Control Structure -> AIS (or else) in question -> check "Log Configuration" aspect. Is it showing a GREEN button?
If YES: disable the LogConfig aspect with the check-box in the upper left corner -> apply -> re-enable LogConfig -> apply -> check trend in Faceplate. Make sure you don't miss the fine trend line at the bottom of the graph if the value is e.g. 0.
If NO: go to Control Structure -> Control Application in question -> check if "History Source" aspect is connected to a working service group.
This could help too to identify logging issues:
Control Structure -> [...] -> Diagrams -> add new aspect "Log Summary".
Shows which log configs are enabled and if they pass Consistency Check.
