Integration with AC800M can be done using Profibus device library for IM153-1 ( interface point for ET200M I/Os). Look for latest device library release (2PAA100625S01_A) from http://solutionsbank.abb.com , it comes with detailed documentation. Device library makes things easier for profibus as we dont have to create hardware definition files out of basic GSDs.
no problem to integrate what ever IO's with AC800M, AC700F, AC800F via Profibus-DP, as far it is international standard. You need only gsd file and manufacturer's IO description for understanding of settings and diagnostic. There are some issues in some specific cases but everything has workaround. I also would recommend to see Siemens automation forum https://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/llisapi.dll?query=ABB&func=cslib.
just to understand opposite way - ABB equipment with Siemens.
specific issues with redundant IM153-2 as Siemens sees it:
