Unable to Run FF Upload and Open FF Project in FF Builder Issue
Problem Description: Unable to Run FF Upload and Open FF Project in FF Builder.
System is 800xA 6.0.3-1.
Day-1: While working on the FF builder on 16th April, the Aspect server seemed to be restarted multiple times in parallel, a result of which, we suspect, Server/Server conflict issue triggered and the maintenance backup failed that day with the error message “Failed to Serialize”.
Day-2: Unable to open FF Builder and perform FF Upload. No data available in Special Config tab of Service Structure. Refer attached screenshots.
“Access is denied” message appears while performing upload for all users (incl 800xaService)

"Sever server conflict issue" can be solved by the procedure outlined in the latest Foundation fieldbus manual .
