Add ICONS to show on faceplate indicator
We are creating customized faceplates, we want to add our cutstomized icons(images) to show on faceplate indicator.
But when we browse Icon from faceplate configure view, it asks for .ico format. We tried to convert our jpg/png format into .ico file but it didn't work.
We are using PG2 graphics.
Does anyone give me solution ?

Yes, faceplate configuration does supports only Windows icon format and icons that packed into executable modules (.dll and .exe).
Therefore the best solution for you is install IcoFX and convert your .jpg/.png files into the Windows icon format (save as .ico). As far as I know IcoFX is a freeware editor. Standard faceplate indicator resolution: 48x48 pix.

It is possible to add/edit ICON files used in 800xA PG2. You are correct that the file type is .ICO and it is must be also 32bit.
You should make your own file/folder directory to import your icon files. You can also copy/paste/rename existing .ico files from 800xA. For example, I had a customer that wanted to change the red/green colors for the stop/start icon files.
In the past I have used several Icon Editors that were free shareware applications, (icofx and iconsuite)
